Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Business Unit Vice President to lead a major engineering services platform across multiple markets. You will drive growth, technical excellence, and talent development while partnering with the Platform Partner and Platform team to scale the business and backlogs.

The role emphasizes strong financial management, cross-functional collaboration, and a People First culture, with accountability for EBITDA and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive EBITDA growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Business Unit and drive long-term growth.
• Manage fiscal performance including budgeting, revenue, and EBITDA targets.
• Lead talent development, organizational health, and retention across the unit.
• Collaborate across Platform Partner and Platform to align objectives and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, budget, and with high quality.
