Job summary

Ventura Foods seeks a Director of Business Relationship Management to lead IT engagement across manufacturing and enterprise functions. You will partner with executives to shape demand, govern a value-driven portfolio, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes in plant environments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in applicable field or 10+ years related field experience.
• BRMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of functional experience in the business function.
• 7+ years facilitating development and implementation of business initiatives.
• Experience with ERP and related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support core manufacturing functions including plant operations, engineering, quality, health & safety, and operational excellence.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency via technology-enabled solutions.
• Align IT solutions with plant systems and OT for real-world production environments.
• Serve as the strategic interface between IT BRM and the business partner to shape demand.
• Capture, realize, optimize, and recognize business value from capabilities.
• Define and track outcome measures and value hypotheses for top priorities.
• Partner with initiative owners to validate and track value.
• Maintain a healthy, well-managed portfolio with PMO support.
• Ensure readiness for major ERP/enterprise platform implementations.
