Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for various clients.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and market intelligence.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Screen and qualify candidates; manage candidate pipelines and submissions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and optimize service levels.
• Conduct structured interviews and maintain accurate records and reports.
