You will partner with hiring managers, conduct structured interviews, manage candidate communications, and track KPI-driven results. Experience with ATS and MS Office is valued, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience required.
• Experience within an Adecco Group North America business unit or staffing/human resources industries highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for diverse clients and roles.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coach candidates and coordinate with hiring managers on progression.
• Administer job postings and monitor recruitment KPIs to drive results.
