Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience managing a substantial branch office or equivalent.
• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), 66 (or 63 and 65) and 3 registrations (Series 31 acceptable if branch conducts managed futures business only)
• Other licenses as required for role or by management

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and branch profitability through sales leadership.
• Recruit and retain Financial Advisors and build cohesive teams.
• Ensure regulatory, legal and compliance issues are addressed across the branch.
• Lead branch initiatives in line with Market Executive priorities and growth targets.
• Mentor staff and develop talent for leadership roles within the branch.
