Job summary

You will act as a liaison between home office teams and clients, respond to inquiries by phone or email, perform data entry, verify information, and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees as listed: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
• General experience: 4 to 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between home office and clients to resolve account-related requests and issues.
• Assist with information requests and escalate complex matters to colleagues as needed.
• Answer phone and email inquiries with information, assistance or education.
• Enter data into company systems and verify accuracy for accessibility.
• Proactively follow up to confirm issue resolution and client satisfaction.
