You will read regulatory documents, notify Financial Advisors, process offers and dividends, update accounts, and participate in system testing and special projects, delivering accurate results under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field plus relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with financial instruments and cash and capital principles.
• Ability to read and interpret legal/regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Read and determine required actions from legal/regulatory documents.
• Notify Financial Advisors about corporate actions affecting clients.
• Process complex mandatory and voluntary offers and distributions.
• Update client and firm accounts accurately and timely.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide clear information.
