Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation (or clerkship equivalent).
• Superior legal research and persuasive writing skills.
• MA bar admission required; RI, CT and/or NH admission a plus.
• Construction litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to develop and implement a case strategy from inception to conclusion (with guidance).
• Deposition and courtroom experience; passion for their legal practice.
