You will work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy, conduct depositions and participate in court proceedings, while building a long‑term practice with national reach.

Qualifications

• Excellent legal research and persuasive writing skills.
• A self-starting work ethic and strong ownership of assignments.
• The ability to help develop and execute case strategy, with guidance, from the outset of a matter through its resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute case strategy from start to resolution.
• Take depositions and participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Provide thoughtful litigation analysis and client counseling.
• Support senior attorneys to manage complex commercial disputes.
