Job summary

Goldbelt Incorporated is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support BMET contracts by identifying candidates through multiple channels, building a talent pipeline, and engaging passive candidates for future openings. Qualifications

• Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level.
• Ability to learn and execute sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search strings).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exhibits professional verbal and written communication with colleagues, candidates, partners, and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation and offers.
• Proactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases and networking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior BMET professionals.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and soft skills.
• Drive referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Promote the company brand through social media and partnerships with relevant communities.
