Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in BMET recruiting or similar staffing roles.
• Ability to learn recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, negotiation, and hiring.
• Experience working with cleared professionals.
• Proficient in ATS usage and sourcing through social platforms.
• Ability to present our company and open roles professionally to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for open BMET requisitions.
• Source BMET candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior BMET professionals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and soft skills.
• Drive referrals and promote the company brand through partnerships.
• Maintain applicant database in the ATS and communicate with applicants.
