Job summary

Rippling, based in San Francisco, is seeking a BizOps Manager to tackle high-stakes challenges, partnering with executive leadership to build 0-to-1 initiatives and shape company-wide strategy. You will own monetization, pricing, and packaging decisions while driving cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

You will own data, write SQL queries, and create dashboards to define the source of truth for key metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of battle-tested experience in top-tier management consulting, BizOps, VC/PE, or as a startup founder.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical business friction points and build scalable solutions with senior leaders.
• Architect and refine monetization, pricing, and packaging strategies to accelerate market dominance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new initiatives and revamp operational systems.
• Own data: write SQL queries, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights.
• Define, standardize, and scale operational metrics with Finance and RevOps.
