In this Business Development role, you’ll attend local events, help expand the firm’s client base, and leverage your network to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building and maintaining relationships in professional accounting, finance, or technology fields.
• Working knowledge of finance and accounting topics such as risk and compliance, GAAP, software selection/implementation.
• Extrovert trapped in an introvert role – an expert networker and connector.
• Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to leverage your network of current clients and target accounts to build, strengthen and nurture relationships – private equity focus is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in interacting with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with company leaders to promote and sell our professional services in finance and technology operations.
• Develop meaningful relationships with referral partners and decision-makers in your market
• Facilitate and attend local networking events with referral partners for prospects in your area
• Participate in local networking organizations to spread brand awareness
• Have a voice in day-to-day objectives and success metrics for the role
• Partner with practice Directors to identify, develop, qualify, and nurture new leads
• Prospect new companies and introduce Bridgepoint to the team
• Continue to expand expertise in finance and accounting to drive personal and company success
