The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales/BD, a BA in Business or related field, and a drive to build client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales / business development experience building and maintaining relationships in professional accounting, finance, or technology fields
• Competitive nature and drive to succeed in business development
• Ability to leverage your network of current clients and our target accounts to nurture relationships (private equity focus is a plus)
• Committed to building strong relationships and interacting with C-level executives
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

Responsibilities

• Set and attend meetings for Directors, Engagement Managers and Business Development Managers with new and existing clients using cold and warm calling techniques, email campaigns, social media, and referrals
• Research target companies and define strategies for relationship development
• Stay on top of market trends and apply them to development within the account portfolio
• Develop understanding of regional market landscape and define account prioritization
• Create email campaigns, track results and follow up on client engagement from campaigns
• Assist in responding to RFPs and preparing presentations for clients
