Job summary

Commercial Tire Inc. is seeking a Central Billing Specialist in Spokane, WA to support the Billing team and handle Central Billing Accounts for Strategic Accounts.

The role focuses on accurate invoicing, system maintenance, and collaboration with the Strategic Account Team to resolve reconciliation issues. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (required)
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record (required)
• 5+ years’ experience in business
• Experience in a growing team environment desired

Responsibilities

• Central Billing accounts process creation and documentation
• Maintaining the billing system and customer records
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Assist with producing certain monthly metrics reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or questions/disputes
• Work with stores, dealers, and the sales department with billing questions
• Other duties as assigned
