Job summary

Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics is seeking an experienced Medical Office Billing Manager to lead our billing team and act as the bridge between our practice and the outside billing company. The role requires 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management and leadership, with strong coding and denial management skills.

You will oversee ICD-10 and CPT coding, Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance processes, and KPI reporting to practice leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management and leadership.
• Deep understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Experience with Medicaid and Commercial insurances and regulations.
• Extensive experience with claim entry, scrubbing, filing, denials and appeals.
• Experience with EMR/Practice Management systems (eClinicalWorks).
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage large-scale AR.
• Experience with KPIs for tracking financial performance and reporting to practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between outside billing company and the practice administrator.
• Oversee and optimize medical office billing operations and ensure timely reimbursement.
