Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a Central Billing Coordinator to manage client billing and practice management for multiple services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams, review billing trends, and ensure timely and accurate invoices.

The role emphasizes data validation, discrepancy resolution, and proactive analysis of production and profitability. Successful candidates bring 3+ years in billing/administrative work, 2+ years in billing or accounting, and proficiency with Workday

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations.
• Review and correct billing discrepancies; maintain billing records.
• Process and monitor invoices; ensure out-of-scope activities billed.
• Prepare and submit billing reports and analyze trends.
• Assist with revenue cycle tasks such as AR posting and related data management.
