Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Sales Support Associate to generate bids, manage pricing, and support sales operations across flooring, countertops, wall tile, and window coverings. You will maintain client programs, develop wall tile designs, and configure design tools for quotes, while collaborating with Account Managers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Residential construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP for MR planning and production control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate bids using cost sheets, scopes of work, and market strategies.
• Create custom quotes for models, residential construction, non-standard options, and special projects.
• Perform cost and margin analysis for product categories.
• Maintain client programs for Flooring, Countertops, Window Coverings, and Wall Tile.
• Configure design tools to quote customers in the design center.
• Create community kickoff docs, ZBIDs, and floor plans in SAP.
• Build and maintain training materials and SOPs for staff.
