Lyrebird Health is seeking a Bid & Contracts Manager to turn opportunities into signed, well‑structured commercial agreements and keep contracts audit‑ready as we scale in health tech.

You’ll co‑own bid drafting with the commercial team, manage framework compliance (SBS, DPS and similar), and draft EPR, partnership, and revenue share agreements while aligning regulations with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management and contracts in regulated or health-tech environments.
• Strong drafting and review skills for commercial agreements (partnerships & revenue share).
• Working knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks (SBS, DPS) or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Co-formulate initial bid drafts with the Sales team.
• Own and update all bid appendices to ensure accuracy.
• Manage framework requirements and submissions (SBS, DPS, public sector).
• Draft EPR-related contracts and partnership/revenue share agreements.
• Maintain and update UK T&Cs for Enterprise and SMB contracts amid regulatory changes.
• Track renewal dates and flag upcoming actions.
• Create and maintain a business case template for the commercial team.
• Keep NDAs current and aligned with legal standards.
• Organise contracts on shared drives for P&L readiness.
