Qualifications

• Expert market knowledge and proven leadership in acquisitions.
• Proven success in acquisitions and editorial project management.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a track record of author relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees acquisition and editorial development of Bible studies and curriculum.
• Negotiates with authors and agents within financial benchmarks.
• Manages freelance writers, editors, and designers to deliver quality content.
• Ensures timely delivery from submission to printer-ready files.
• Mentors junior editorial staff and collaborates with marketing and creative teams.
