Job summary

CSpring is a data-focused consulting firm helping public and private sectors turn data into decisions. The role focuses on delivering BI solutions, dashboards, and data platforms to support health and human services programs through advanced analytics and visualization.

You will work with clients to translate enterprise data visions into actionable plans, develop data portals in React, and collaborate across DBAs, data modelers, and admins to maintain Teradata ecosystems and reports.

Qualifications

• More than five years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Tableau and MS Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytics.
• Proven strong development of high-performing SQL with more than five years of experience developing complex SQL scripts (Teradata/DB2/Oracle Load Utilities) or stored procedures.
• At least four years of experience of complex development using React (React.js or ReactJS).
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, end client-facing skills, team collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a related field such as Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology

Responsibilities

• Developing complex BI solutions and data strategy leveraging subject matter expertise to identify opportunities/risks.
• Developing dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data analysis.
• Creating and maintaining a web-based portal using React
• Improve delivery and management of health and human services programs via advanced analytics and data visualizations
• Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and scripts to create data marts in Teradata; run ad hoc SQL/reports
