Job summary

Texas Capital is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics across Banking Operations. You will partner with leaders to automate reporting and provide actionable insights that drive performance and growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BI analytics, experience with Power BI, and a background in financial services. This role supports enterprise initiatives from operations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree(s) in a quantitative field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
• Create self-service reporting tools for leadership with real-time data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Credit, and Tech to deliver insights.
• Establish data sources, automate reporting, and ensure KPI accuracy.
• Support strategic decisions with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
