Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Five+ years of related experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving for complex information.
• Experience sourcing, analyzing and modelling data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at transforming large, disparate data into a cohesive story for decision-makers.
• Strong interpersonal skills; experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Detail oriented with time management and prioritization.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and decision support tools, with selective AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, finance and marketing to assess trends and develop long-term strategies.
• Work with affiliate partners to identify network opportunities and develop analysis/reporting tools.
• Support capacity and resource planning discussions and impact analyses.
