Octane in New York is seeking a data‑driven analyst to build and maintain core reporting dashboards that support decision making across the business. You will work on analytical projects end to end, from scoping the approach to delivering clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Ability to scope analytics projects end to end and communicate results.
• Comfortable working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core reporting suites and dashboards as needed to support decision‑making
• Work on analytical projects end to end, helping to scope the approach, dig into the data, and generate recommendations that the business can act on
• Partner with your manager and department leads to understand the company’s biggest open questions, generate action‑oriented insights, and turn ambiguous problems into a clear path forward
• Build and refine models that surface what’s driving a team’s performance and why, so that teams can plan with confidence
• Perform ad hoc quantitative analysis as new questions arise and proactively surface opportunities for growth or improvement
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to ensure the right data is delivered to the right places and is accurate
