Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn questions into metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytics for advisors, operators, and leadership. This in-office San Diego role sits at the intersection of business and data, defining metrics and ensuring trusted reporting across the firm.

You will partner across Operations, Finance, M&A, and Advisor teams to standardize definitions, maintain a single source of truth, and deliver clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business/data analysis or reporting
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Snowflake
• Finance/wealth management experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Data governance experience
• Requirements gathering and UAT experience

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and standardize metrics and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Maintain a governed metric catalog and source of truth.
• Develop dashboards and reports with Tableau/Power BI.
• Write optimized SQL against Snowflake for analytics-ready data.
• Deliver recurring KPI, operational, and executive reports.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics on datasets.
