• Effective communicator capable of influencing across management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation and detail orientation.
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills to drive accountability and monitor milestones.
• Innovative mindset with ability to identify process improvements and automation.
• Fluency in SQL.
• Dev-Assist usage is a strong plus.
