Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to drive benefits-focused initiatives within the Benefits & Pricing domain. You will immerse in the Benefits persona and translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

You will partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, and other teams to shape strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver high-impact capabilities from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or comparable experience.
• Deep knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance.
• Experience delivering external- or partner-facing tech products.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and clarify ambiguity.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs to guide direction.
• Evolve product roadmaps and maintain backlogs for delivery teams.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver solutions.
• Measure KPIs and drive data-driven improvements post-launch.
