Job summary

TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic benefits-focused initiatives within Benefits & Pricing. You will immerse in the Benefits persona, shaping strategy and delivering high-impact capabilities from concept to launch.

You'll partner with engineering, design, operations, sales and more to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and drive roadmap delivery with an emphasis on adoption and business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management or related role.
In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance.
Experience delivering partner-facing technology products.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proven ability to work across matrixed teams and clarify ambiguous problems.
Strong prioritization to balance customer, partner, and business value.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-definition skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and validate customer and business needs and market opportunities.
Conduct customer, market, and stakeholder research to shape strategy.
Execute and evolve the roadmap for benefits products.
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for delivery teams.
Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
Work with engineering, design, operations, sales and partners to deliver solutions.
Support agile planning and ceremonies (sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, PI planning).
Manage dependencies across teams and external partners.
Drive timely delivery and measure product outcomes with KPIs.
Incorporate customer feedback into future roadmap planning.
