Job summary

TriNet, a leading provider of HR solutions, seeks a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead benefits-focused initiatives within our Benefits & Pricing domain. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and other partners to shape product strategy from concept through launch.

You will also drive roadmap and backlog for one or more delivery teams, translate complex needs into requirements, and measure success with KPIs to improve adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a related role.
• Deep knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance domains.
• Experience delivering external- or partner-facing tech products.
• Strong communication and requirements-definition skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate customer and business needs to inform product direction.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for one or more delivery teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales and partners to deliver solutions.
• Support agile planning and execution through ceremonies and PI planning.
• Measure product performance using KPIs and drive adoption.
