Job summary

TriNet is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead benefits-focused product initiatives within our Benefits & Pricing domain. You will immerse yourself in the Benefits persona, shaping strategy and translating complex needs into actionable requirements.

You will partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, and other teams to deliver high-impact capabilities from concept through launch, while applying agile practices to drive value for clients and partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management or equivalent in a related role.
In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance domains.
Experience delivering external- or partner-facing technology products and capabilities.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proven track record working across cross-functional, matrixed teams and delivering clarity.

Responsibilities

Identify and validate customer and business needs; inform product direction.
Conduct research to shape strategy and experience improvements.
Execute and evolve the roadmap for benefits products.
Define and prioritize the product backlog and translate needs into requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and partners to deliver solutions.
