Job summary

GLIDE, a social justice organization in San Francisco, seeks a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage leave administration, onboarding into benefit programs, and payroll operations. You will coordinate with the HR and Payroll leadership to ensure accurate wage processing, benefit enrollments, and compliance across programs.

Ideal candidates have experience with ADP Workforce Now and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of payroll processing, benefits and leave administration experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leave of absence administration including FMLA/CFRA and disability programs.
• Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, 403(b), COBRA) and enrollments.
• Process semi-monthly payroll for 230+ employees and support payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and employment documentation in ADP Workforce Now.
