Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Corporate Benefits Specialist to provide comprehensive administration of medical, dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, and 401(k) programs. You will collaborate with vendors, HR teams, and employees to ensure accurate enrollments and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements.

You will drive process improvements, support system updates, and analyze benefits data to guide strategic decisions and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration – administer day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs including Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, and 401(k).
• Compliance and Documentation – maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and plan documents (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA).
• Process Improvement and Operational Support – identify opportunities to streamline benefit processes and improve employee experience.
• Strategic Initiative Support – operationalize new benefit programs and enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination – liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors; support renewals and open enrollment.
• Reporting and Analytics – generate and analyze reports related to benefits utilization and costs.
