Job summary

Paychex is hiring a Corporate Benefits Specialist in Phoenix to manage day-to-day employee benefits, including medical, dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, and 401(k). You’ll ensure accurate enrollment, compliance with ERISA/HIPAA/ACA, and partner with vendors for smooth operations.

You will streamline benefits processes, support system updates with HRIS and Payroll, and contribute to reporting and analytics to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years in employee benefits administration or related HR function.
• Experience administering Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA and 401(k) plans is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day benefits programs (Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, 401(k)) and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA; document and file as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll to ensure accurate data flow.
• Support open enrollment and renewals; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Generate reports on utilization, costs, and trends for decision support.
