Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Corporate Benefits Specialist under Benefits Operations to administer and optimize a broad portfolio of employee benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, HSA, FSA, COBRA, and 401(k). The role partners with vendors, HRIS, and Payroll to ensure accurate enrollments, timely changes, and regulatory compliance.

You will support new initiatives, produce reports on utilization and costs, and participate in open enrollment and annual renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or related HR.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day employee benefit programs (Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, COBRA, HSA, FSA, and 401(k)).
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; maintain documentation and filings.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll to ensure accurate data flow and timely enrollments.
• Support new benefit initiatives and vendor coordination.
• Generate reports on benefits utilization and costs to inform decisions.
• Assist in annual renewals and open enrollment activities.
