You will administer health/welfare and leave programs, explain plan options, and enhance HR operations through detailed case analysis.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to translate complex policy language for a broad audience.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of benefits administration, leave management (FMLA/ADA), workers' compensation, and payroll processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries promptly using organizational policies and online resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of translating intricate HR policy language for a broad audience.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to balance multi-channel inquiry streams and prioritize competing operational demands.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve routine to complex employee inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems in accordance with established policies.
Administer employee health, welfare, and leave of absence programs, guiding employees through plan requirements and leave provisions.
Explain plan options, policy features, and open enrollment details clearly to employees to ensure informed decision-making.
Prioritize daily case queues, conduct detailed case analysis, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance HR operational efficiency.
