Job summary

Capstone Copper is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer and analyze employee compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate with HR leadership, finance, and vendors to promote competitive pay structures and engaging benefit offerings that support organizational goals.

You will conduct market analyses, maintain salary structures, and oversee benefits administration, enrollments, and communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field plus 5 years of compensation/benefits experience.
Experience administering employee benefit programs and salary surveys.

Responsibilities

Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and policies.
Administer benefit programs and coordinate enrollments, renewals, and communications.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Support audits, reporting, and vendor management.
