Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources management.
• 8+ years in Human Resources with focus on employee benefits & 3+ years compensation experience.
• Occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of health, welfare, retirement, executive benefits, time-off, wellbeing and ancillary benefit programs across the region.
• Partner with regional P&C, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure compliance with enrollment and benefit life cycle.
• Lead U.S. Benefit Committee and develop recommendations for new or improved benefit plans and cost-saving measures.
• Develop budgets, perform data analysis, and monitor costs of benefit plans.
• Oversee annual enrollment activities for US employees using benefit platforms.
