Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration, compliance, analysis, and communication of the company’s employee benefit programs. Responsibilities

• Administer and support health and welfare programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and other benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for complex benefit inquiries and partner with vendors for timely resolution.
• Monitor enrollment data, eligibility processing, enrollments, and deductions to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze benefit utilization, enrollment, participation, and cost reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate annual enrollment activities including planning, testing, communications, and post-enrollment reporting.
• Support retirement, time-away, wellness, and education programs across the benefits portfolio.
