TriNet seeks a Benefits Advisory Services Consultant to guide prospects and clients on benefit plan design, contribution strategies, and alignment with TriNet-sponsored benefits. You will partner with Sales, Customer Support, and internal teams to deliver compliant guidance and enhance client satisfaction and sales outcomes.

The role emphasizes open enrollment support, renewal activities, and in-depth benefit knowledge across the TriNet portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2+ years with group benefits/insurance sales as a consultant or account manager.
• Experience in benefits administration, renewals, and client-facing education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide benefits consultation and education for Revenue teams and clients, ensuring compliance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to prospects and clients on contribution strategies meeting organizational goals.
• Create and deliver benefits collateral and knowledge pre-sale for TriNet sales and ecosystem.
