Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead benefits-focused initiatives within the Benefits & Pricing domain. You will partner with engineering, design, and sales to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and deliver high-impact capabilities from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes strategy, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery, with a focus on improving user experience and business outcomes in the benefits space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or comparable role.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and medical insurance domains.
• Experience delivering external- or partner-facing technology products.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization and requirements-definition skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate customer and business needs to inform product direction.
• Execute and evolve the roadmap for benefits products and manage backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and partners to deliver solutions.
• Measure product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support product launches and partner go-to-market efforts.
