CVS Health is seeking an experienced provider relations professional in Louisiana to support Medicaid providers and groups, addressing complex issues related to policies, contract language, service and claims, and provider education.

As an individual contributor, you will build and maintain positive relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support credentialing and education while traveling up to 50-80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care servicing providers.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with providers and contracts in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Optimizes interactions with assigned providers and internal partners.
• Monitors service capabilities and collaborates cross-functionally to meet needs and resolve issues like claims and contracts.
• Supports operational activities such as database management and contract coordination.
• Performs credentialing support activities as needed.
• Educates Medicaid providers to ensure contract policy and plan design compliance.
