Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care servicing providers.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with behavioral health providers and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain productive relationships with Medicaid providers and internal partners.
• Monitor service capabilities and resolve claims, contract, or provider data issues.
• Assist with database management and contract coordination.
• Provide credentialing support and provider education on policies and procedures.
• Facilitate provider meetings and collaborate across teams on cost initiatives.
