Job summary

MKS Instruments, based in the United States, seeks a Manager, Business Development to drive growth across surface finishing, plating processes, chemical technologies, and related applications. You will combine strategic business development with technical product expertise, serving as both commercial and technical resource to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; 5+ years in business development or technical sales.
Strong knowledge of surface finishing, plating processes, chemical technologies, or related markets.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow sales, profitability, and market share.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through customer engagement and market analysis.
Build strong relationships with customers, applicators, industry partners, and decision makers.
Provide technical sales support, troubleshoot customer processes, and drive product recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Service, and Operations to achieve revenue objectives.
