Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for its Global Litigation Practice. You will collaborate with group leaders to design and execute marketing and client development plans, manage collateral and databases, and lead RFPs and pitches to secure panels and opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
Minimum eight years in professional marketing, business development, or similar experience.
Excellent writing, proofreading and critical thinking skills.
Experience with law firms or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and client development plans for the group and lawyers.
Lead RFPs, pitches, and briefing discussions; prepare tailored responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Manage collateral, experience databases, and matter lists; monitor ROI of initiatives.
