Career Legal is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager for its global disputes practice. Based in the Americas, you will drive growth across Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations, working with regional partners and global marketing to convert opportunities.

You will shape offerings, lead tailored pitches, manage market research, and oversee submissions and thought leadership campaigns.

Qualifications

• Direct BD experience in professional services (law firm preferred).
• Understanding of commercial litigation, international arbitration, and/or white-collar investigations.
• Experience managing pitch processes, market research, and directory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Drive BD and marketing plans aligned with goals; track ROI.
• Shape offerings and deliver tailored content for major pitches and capability statements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and expand existing client relationships and capture new opportunities.
• Oversee submissions, client seminars, sponsorships, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Build advisory relationships with partners and fee-earners, guiding them on target pursuits.
