Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required or preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred for strategic growth leadership and complex pursuits.
• CRM fluency and strong communication are essential for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans to identify, pursue, and win public and private clients.
• Identify new markets, client sectors, and service opportunities to grow backlog.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and drive conversions to signed contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and project delivery teams for proposals and presentations.
• Support pricing strategy, negotiations, and client expectations in a matrixed environment.
• Travel 30-50% to cultivate key relationships and pursue opportunities.
