Job summary

DBL Law and Excel Title Services seek a highly organized Business Development Specialist to support client engagement, growth initiatives, and CRM management. This is an in-person role based in Covington, KY, partnering with Marketing, attorneys and leadership to turn strategy into action.

You will manage HubSpot CRM, coordinate events, assist practice groups, track opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients, prospects and referral sources, ensuring follow‑up is timely and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, liberal arts or related field.
• Two to four years in business development, marketing, client relations, event management or related role.
• Experience in law firm or professional services environment; CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot CRM for DBL Law and Excel Title Services.
• Maintain client, prospect, referral, and organization records.
• Monitor data quality and drive CRM adoption.
• Produce reports on activity, pipeline, engagement and results.
• Coordinate client events, sponsorships and engagements.
• Support attorneys and leadership with BD plans and activities.
• Track follow-up and opportunities after meetings and events.
• Assist with proposals, pitches and BD materials.
• Oversee budgets, expenses and vendor coordination.
