Job summary

Jane Street is seeking a Banking Systems and Controls Specialist to join our Banking Administration team. You will manage corporate bank accounts, ensure robust internal controls around cash, and support critical cash portals with system administration and user support.

You will lead bank account projects with external banks, serve as daily contact for payment processing, expand our bank account database, partner with internal teams on cash-management initiatives, and assist with wires, FBAR,

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in banking operations.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
Strong knowledge of bank account management and internal controls.
Experience with wires, ACH, and global payment types.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead bank account and cash controls projects with banks and internal teams.
Serve as primary contact for daily operational and technical support for bank accounts and payments.
Expand and maintain the database of bank accounts and relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to support cash-management needs.
Manage corporate credit card program and coordinate with banks on fraud.
Assist with wires, electronic document management, FBAR processes.
Work with accounting dev team to automate processes and ensure consistency across offices.
