Qualifications

• Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking.
• Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
• Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution.
• Has a proven sales track record.
• Can build productive partnerships and working relationships.
• Is experienced with outbound phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Recommends financial guidance aligned with client goals.
• Builds and deepens client relationships via bank capabilities.
• Analyzes needs to suggest suitable borrowing and banking services.
• Outreach and pipeline activity with consistent follow-up.
• Makes decisions on client requests and referrals to internal partners.
• Collaborates with leaders to coach associates for an exceptional client experience.
