Responsibilities

• Promote USB products and services through branch banking sales and service processes.
• Assist customers in understanding how their financial goals are met with suggested solutions.
• Sell customers on value and close on the sale.
• Maintain knowledge of USB products and services sold in the branch.
• Engage in cross-selling with partners and other business lines.
• Support branch sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
• Exceed individual and branch goals in sales and service.
• Source and facilitate Bank at Work opportunities.
• Onboard new customers, upsell, set appointments for financial reviews.
• Maximize networking and community service events.
• Leverage lead lists to deepen relationships.
• Coach and develop other team members as needed.
• Process and handle transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Monitor and approve wire transfers within limits and maintain records for compliance.
• Maintain branch compliance and audit readiness.
• Support branch management in safety, policy changes, and staff training.
• Review and correct variances and exceptions in branch operations.
• Comply with SAFÉ Act, Fair Lending and UDAAP regulations.
